After completing undergraduate studies at Yale University and divinity studies at Princeton Theological Seminary, Terry served as a youth minister in central NJ for three years. Through his work, he has developed a heart for supporting young people through all phases of their intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and professional development. Terry joined UPT in the Summer of 2023. It is his hope to play one part in the self-organizing and uplifting of the East Trenton community. Terry is the author of two books, including Prayers for the People (Convergent 2021) and the forthcoming Jesus and the Abolitionists (Broadleaf 2024).
