Tea Time: A Feel-Good Gathering

At UrbanPromise Trenton, we are deeply committed to empowering and uplifting the next generation of leaders through education, mentorship, and community engagement. We invite you to join us in this mission at our upcoming event on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Trenton Country Club.

This event is more than just a gathering; it is a celebration of transformation, resilience, and hope. It will offer guests a firsthand look at the incredible impact our programs have on the lives of young people in Trenton. Through inspiring performances, powerful storytelling, and meaningful connections, we will showcase the strength and potential of our youth and the critical role our community plays in shaping their futures.

Your attendance will directly fuel opportunities for young people to learn, lead, and thrive. With your support, we can continue to provide academic enrichment, leadership development, and mentorship programs that equip our students with the tools they need to succeed. More than just financial support, it is an investment in creating brighter futures and breaking cycles of limitation.

We would be honored to have you stand with us in this mission. Together, we can inspire change and open doors of possibility for the youth of Trenton.

Registration is now open!

2025 Paddle for Promise

Saturday, September 20, 2025
Circumnavigation of Petty’s Island

UrbanPromise Trenton will be joining UrbanPromise organizations from Camden and Millville for the 2025 Paddle for Promise. The organizations will use 10-person voyager canoes to circumnavigate Petty’s Island in the Delaware River on September 20, 2025. Each of the 10 paddlers from UrbanPromise Trenton will be raising support from their friends and family to support the TrentonTrekkers program.

We believe that through the TrentonTrekkers program, we have a unique opportunity to offer youth from Trenton a different perspective on the world around them. Through travel to places beyond students’ everyday lives and a focus on cross-cultural experiences, historical perspectives, environmental awareness, and community service, students are motivated to learn from their TrentonTrekker journeys and carry that motivation into their studies.

If you would like to paddle in this year’s event, please contact Eric Martin.

Virtual SummerCamp Fundraiser

SummerCamp gives kids grades 1-8 the opportunity to have FUN throughout the day with the help of dedicated interns, staff, and community groups.

Students go on several trips to places like Camden Aquarium and participate in several themed days, including Wacky Water Day.

We have over 110 children participate in the summer, and it costs us about $45,000 for six weeks of programming.

Our Virtual Fundraiser begins on June 20, 2023. Sign up for our newsletter to receive a notice about this event. You don’t need to go anywhere or do anything to make a difference for kids in Trenton!
